Why is that a different question based on the type of vehicle?
What if it's narrowed down to a petrol car? Or a faulty light fitting, or a discarded cigarette butt?

Also, in terms of insurance. Insurance underwriters also take out insurance, to protect against their losses, turns out this side of the industry is quite relaxed about regulation. The Piper Alpha disaster highlighted a lot of this, turns out multiple insurance companies cross insured each other multiple times. 30 years later it hasn't been untangled
Because in the grand scheme of things I don't know if such facilities include indoor EV chargers?
If so, and an EV caught fire when being charged using facilities at the premises could prove interesting insurance wise.
All speculation at this stage of course.
I think it can be said that the probability of an EV car garage going on fire VS ICE car garage going on fire is much higher no?
