If that turns out to be the case, someone at JLR HQ will be in the basement mainlining aspirin.
Not sure why. Pumps are seen quicker than a BRV. But the problem with a BRV is safe working practices can not be carried out
It's bad enough being on a one pump station, where you get 5 on the PRL.
It would not surprise me if that requirement has now been altered.

Latest, according to the 13:00h BBC news: Fire started in a diesel car and the effects of the fire were exacerbated by a lack of a sprinkler system in the car park.
No mention of BEVs but both hybrids and full electrics were undoubtedly involved at a later stage of the outbreak.
Perhaps ban diesel vehicles, anyone?

CFRS have had them for a few years, they carry a crew of 5 and are more suited for the villages, narrow lanes etc. they have to cover.

That would need a roof chop to get it in a multi storey carpark, may as well bling it up and fit a decent sound system and alloys while they are at it.

A common mistake by many. There is no Lithium metal in Lithium ION batteries The term ‘ion‘ should be clear to everyone who knows anything about battery chemistry. These batteries are nothing remotely similar to lead/acid batteries - which do have metal plates and should never have lead in the electrolyte.
Lithium metal, at room temperature only reacts slowly with water - look up the trend in Group 1 of the Periodic Table - but the hydrogen released could, of course, be an explosion risk when mixed with oxygen.
