At some point this year there is a big barn going along side that workshop, I will cut a door in the side of it ( @Beeezer ) and join that space to it.

Picked up the mancave sink today, one side is going to be a heated parts washer for toys only ,the other as a rinse off sink.
Perkins Phaser cylinder head. cup and 6mm nut for size.

Great sinks them but you need your father to be an orangutan to have any chance of using them

It was running when I bought it but it's been stood a few years, no doubt it would fire up with some fresh petrol and new batteries. The engine is coming out and a diesel is going in, to use as is it would need the head done for unleaded and a gas conversion because its horrendous on fuel. It's a rare old beast, it`s still got all the swim gear fitted.

Just been re reading the thread Bob... look up Broquet ..it is catalyst pellets in a welded metal mesh tube . The guys that had them David LOCKE ( IIRC) gives/ gave an unconditional guarantee that using them in vehicles will not cause valve seat damage in an unmodified vehicle . It was developed in WW2 by the Brits so the Russians could fly donated Spitfires on absolute rubbish Russian fuels
I've had them in an old Austin 1100 ( daughters car ) , our Citroen Leader , BX14 , BX 17 RE and my BX19 GTI , all should by rights have been converted .

I took the head off the BX17 , 12 k miles after getting the Broquet put in the fuel tank the head was as clean as the day it was made . Mileages also improved on all vehicles .

Mancave extension stalled out but back on track, roof is being insulated and lined. Way too hot in there when the sun comes out and cant get enough heat in there in the winter,condensation is also unacceptable so I am lining/insulating the ceiling.

Picked up a load of Dibond sheets for the ceiling, insulated and clad the backs of the doors with it as well.

Got the roof studwork up in the storeroom ready for insulation and dibond sheets , rebates in for the poly carbonate sheets.

if you use d bead 8ob it will help seal them and a thin rubber or even silicone bead gone off will seal them

these are not screwed but the achitrive is the long one is massive but one person can take it down on there own for cleaning and refitted on there own as well

When is MY Stolly going one the shed ?
just the lpg conversion will be fine.

well its either router a bead into 3x2s or create an 1" bead and fasten it internal

the above pics use the 1" internal bead

the short one is easy to take down and refit unscrew the sides and remove them go up your ladded head against the plastic and unscrew the last side putting the architrive on your ladder lower your head and then you can grab the plastic then its reverse fitting

the bigger one is harder to do but done in the same way but leaving a couple of screws in on one piece

the main advise i will give you buy a small roll of bubble wrap cut it into strips and staple fit it inside of the window

you will get this by doing it look at the wall and windows the first window has it the other windows dont
