I did wonder what you would get in google if you searched for the name of his shop in google, and it wasnt oilers.

Any way Ill be interested to see the solution as I have a similar issue my self and have vever found a flush oiler to buy that was actually flush

Tool post and holder now finished. Well for now anyway.

Next on the list is finish off this little locking pin that locks the tool holder down. And bolt the lathe down. Might have to borrow the big pads off the shaper as my floor is totally crud.

Today was bit of a bad day. After turning down a part and almost having an accident. No I didn't get my fingers stuck in the gears. But the power feed leaver got stuck in and forcing the tool in to the end of the work piece and nearly in to the chuck..totally put the glitters up me...But after close examination I realised I have been missing a part and it had been put together wrong. I put it together how it came apart. But someone previous had made a few bad repairs. But I have fixed the parts and just got to make a locking collar and should be good to go. What a day !!!!

its when something slides off a roof or similar your a passenger to the event. faf all you can do. time almost stops

Yes. To be honest it has really put me on edge. But it shouldn't happen again but will not be happy until I tested it multiple times.

An old ap50 i used as a field bike as a kid was prone to the carb slide jamming open. knew it would happen but didnt know when.
left my mates on the peds for dust.

made my rides more exiting.

On the plus side thoe guys. After the near miss. I did realise why I was getting a crud finish. The previous bodge has been the cause of backlash in the power feed shaft. So once all has been corrected I should get a better end result .

I have fixed the problems I had the other day.
The slider works nice and free. Made a locking collar .all good. It should now engage and disengage without any problems.
