Gets worse than that. V5 lists it as a 5.7l twin axle 109 Land Rover. One of those facts is obviously wrong, the engine is currently an asthmatic 2.8l LD28 with a turbo bolted on the side. There might be a plan underway to get the engine capacity slightly closer to the V5...Know it's a Sandringham, was making a tongue in cheek comment on the colour scheme
This is a car owned by my dad uncle or great uncle the was a bit of a lad to say the least from what we have been told, He had the nick name Tiger, we have no idea who the ladies are

Tatty and gutless BSA Bantam D7
Have we had an identification of it? With that rather Hispano looking stork it's confusing me.
We have rumours in the family he worked for the MOD but knowing my family he could have also have worked for MFI, But he was a character much like my dad and his dad, i think the car was some kind of jaguar or before jaguar before they were called jagsHave we had an identification of it? With that rather Hispano looking stork it's confusing me. A white car in wartime must have rare. Owner wasn't the 'bloke next door', no matter who te ladies were!
