jointing piece on mine (workzone) is 12mm x 5.5mm.
looks like nearest standard size is 13x6, so im going to call to my local metalsupermarket and get a length.
there might be some filing in my near future.
I though 12x6 was a standard size in bright bar?
i had a quick browse on the bay, and couldnt find any at that size?
i'll update on monday, when ive been to MSM
<edit> quick google shows stainless in 12x6, MS in 13x6
12x5mm bright steel from metalsupermarkets is a perfect fit.
£12(minimum charge) for about 10ft.
homebargains dont do the cheap f-clamps any more, so off to screwfix for their 150mm f-clamps (2 for a fiver).
to convert to track clamps.
Just need the foot grinding down to fit the t slot I assume. Are they easy to convert?

See my post earlier, I bought another complete saw with a broken box for £30 just by talking to the store manager. Far be it for me to suggest that you go in one day and trash the box and then go in the day after and make them an offer, that would be a bad thing.im thinking of getting myself another: not neccessarily for the saw (although a spare is nice), but its the cheapest way of getting a rail long enough to rip 8ft of ply.
Used mine today, I could do with a some trestles as chopping an 8x4 sheet on my little hop up is fun
Once I got it setup it's nice to use, could do with some clamps and maybe longer tracks but I'm happy for now
