Well I watched it and as with the last one I seemed to skip a lot of it. I love the care, attention and effort that’s gone into this project however it’s getting to the point where it’s really dragging on now. Especially when they spend nearly 10 mins making a bracket. Do we need to see the whole process? I’ll still continue to watch all subsequent episodes though, and look forward to the end
Think they has it a few episodes back, from what I remember it looked suspiciously like the Peatol Micro Mill. We've got one that's been CNCd and to be fair it has a decent size bed for its size and provided you don't get ambitious works very well. The only fault we had was the elastic band for the motor drive - replaced that with a bit of slightly flexible plastic rod and a model aircraft brushless DC motor (something ridiculous like 8hp in about 3" by 4") - direct drive. That little mill has machined out tens of thousands of parts for a system we build over the years. Is that a cnc mill, cutting out the coil pack bracket? Not seen that before.

Saw that last night - was pretty decent. Not Binky but close enough for now.
Excellent. Got one for sale if anyone's buying -You won't be able to buy an Aygo,C1 or 107 for love nore money soon. Already at a bit of premium because they are good first cars but now there is a race series it will be even worse.

It sounds like a good series but there will always be ways to interpret rules. One of my mates raced Stock Hatch years a go when the common cars were 205 GTI and XR2. His engine was fully built and he did ok but there was 205 that won the championship and was then sold to someone else who also won the following year. The engine was stripped by officials a couple of times to check there was nothing outside the rules. They didn't find anything but the second time they found something that was making a difference but did fit within the rules.
