.Great place and fabulous folk. Many years back I was staying in the Busta House Hotel [CLICK HERE] and one of the group had strawberries as part of his sweet at dinner. He complemented the young waitress on the meal and asked if the berries were grown in the hotel garden, as was some of the veg & other ingredients.
She looked at him as if he'd sprouted a second head and said "Nah, es is Sheetland" [implying nothing along those lines grows that far North
]
