Here's mine. My earlier pics were gone due to Photobucket crap.
Made from dexion shelving and scaled from pics of the machine mart one.
Resigned to the corner of the garage now as I have the Portamig. Gets used once in a while with my Plasma.

That last one looks great...

Can'tWeld...those handles sticking out would end up poking me in the eye or the ribs but guess you're way ahead of me there by having the grinders easily accessible for when I lose the plot. I'd probably have to stick them on a hinge...but I did knock myself out with the handle from my jack once so maybe I'm just clumsy.

Still need to make a cart for myself of course!

Full floor.
I had a cleanup in the week, there was a black bag which was full of rubbish and stuff on the floor around it. I had to sort it before I left for the tip to negate doing it on a table at the tip and I had 3 boxes, 1 cardboard, 1 metal, 1 plastics and a blue bag on non recyclables. It's mad when you take stock.

Reminds me a a two-wheel bogey I built for my brother. I didn't have four pram wheels, so made a rear axled two-wheeled one with a sturdy handle and trundled him around the common with it tilted up / back on the balance point. He wasn't impressed, the ungrateful sod, considering it was me doing the work.

I have finally finished my cart.
My first TIG project, and I think the welds improved as I went along - apart from one afternoon when I really struggled.
Took until the next day to realise the lens had fell out on my helmet.
I wish I had started this game 20 years ago when my eyes were still good.

Nah, won't work, I am in OZ and still have the same problem, Universal law, sheds have roofs but no floor!

I saw the Machine Mart one when I had my old Clarke and just happened to have some Dexion shelving sitting around. I sort of scaled the image so I knew roughly what dimensions to use and knocked it together. It was quite easy and I was surprised just how good it looked once complete. Saved me £60 too.
Don't need it these days as the Porta has it's own wheels but it comes in handy once in a while with the cheapo Cut50 (or is it a Cut40? Not sure) plasma cutter I have.

Just donated mine to my dad as he's just purchased a used Hypertherm 380 (?) and it's a bit of a lump to be horsing around!

Not my cart but it’s a water cooled tig trolley conversion for a customer using one of TecArc’s units.

The 400v cooler has been linked into the downstream side of the on/off switch and the cable is protected at the machine end by a pair of 1amp miniature fuses you may be able to make out next to the cable entry.

If you are thinking about making up a trolley this isn’t a bad way to go for the money.

Yes ok ok...I hang my head in shame, my excuse is, I was up to my eyes with work, had no spare wheels or castors and Daughter was pestering me for what I wanted for my birthday.

BUT..It's actually a pretty decent cart and does it's job ok so no apologies for breaking the welders code of 'Why buy one when I can make it'

I bought this very same cart for my Clarke mig135te and it does the job perfectly again could have made it to fit and suit better but was up to my eyes in other things
