Id just advertise it, you never know, not everyone is skintI've still got the go fast stripes to do but it's almost there.
Waiting on a new valuation but it's not looking good to sell at the moment as the **** is falling out of the boat market
Mmmmm trip through the canals would be a nice adventure. It's the price that's the issue, it preliminary valuation is £20k less than 18 months ago.
Maybe a 6 month trip to the med via France is on the cards next year
Anything that can be said to be suitable for living aboard seems to be selling well if the prices for houseboats locally are anything to go by. If its mobile its a bonus.Market it as living accommodation?
I think good boats still sell if the price is sensibleI've still got the go fast stripes to do but it's almost there.

Cheers, iirc it 8% commission but free moorings. I'll definitely look into the apollo duck website.I wouldnt touch a broker with a bargepole, they usually charge 10% comission, though some will do a fixed fee. Far better & cheaper to put your own advert with photos on Apollo Duck website.
Ideally I'd be wanting £85k+ so not exactly a small amount of money. If its not a rude question, what sort of money are we talking about!
Little old stuff plummeting in value is just a recession thing, the down turn hits lower paid poorer folk first….
I too would try the traditional self managed advertising options first. Can always use a broker later. The time is now, summer rapidly arriving, if you blink boating season will be over!
Might be Ugh but it tells the story of how she came home.
