It's a Rong Fu RF25. This one's a Clarke's, but Axminster and other companies all sell the same stuff.
It's going to have major surgery. I just need to attack it with the angle grinder and then there'll be no going back.
Once I progress a bit more I'll try to get round to posting it as a project. I do need to find someone with a decently sized mill so that I can achieve my aims.

I made these from phosphor bronze.

And these from Aluminium Bronze.

Today I stripped and re-anodised the silver guard below

a dark blue/black.

Sorry mate. Nothing to do with laser.

Someone posted a reel of silicon bronze in a thread.
Shortly after I was browsing and saw a photo. (Not sure what thread it was in) but I thought it was an item you had posted. As I click off it I lost where I was looking)

I may be wrong but whoever it was used silicon bronze as a repair I "think"
I did think it was you who had posted though.
