At the other end of the scale from Munkul and after many minutes of design work I managed to stick together 4 bits of stainless 12mm bar. Anyone guess what kitchen use it has? Size 200x150mm.

Today I decided to mill down an old capto c3 tool and make it into a centring roller tool as it saves me from removing the capto holder from the toolpost. Normally I just use a toolholder with a bit of brass in it.

Also had an enquiry from someone about making a debossing die for leather so I tried a piece of acetal with just my logo as a test, came out fairly good and will test it tomorrow to see if it will work.

I'm assuming that you can drive the front and back wheels separately in forward and reverse to make it go sideways?

Tried out the die in some leather and it worked well although I probably squashed it too hard in the vice and also I could have been a bit better with the alignment At least it lets me see it works

Made this to adapt a 120mm fan to 100mm dia ducting. Welding a bit scrappy but good enough for the job.

Having suffered years of badly cut bread ,by SWMBO, I decided a quick bodge was required and ended up with a 'Sliceassist'.

Nice gadget.

My gran used to butter the end of the loaf and then somehow tuck it under her arm and slice the buttered end of the loaf off, resulting in a perfectly buttered slice of bread.

I've no idea how she used to do it, every time I've tried it just results in a ruined loaf and a massive mess.

Then she would drop it, hook it with her heel and score a perfect landing into a waiting kid's gob.
