we did find something strange though my mums house is the oldest but we found the foundations went really low on one side of the house

this part of the house is an add on to the original property in years gone by

We have a lot of bigger and older Umbrako hex keys at work, if i could get regular 1.5-10mm sets of them then I would. Also struggle to get imperial sets full stop!

Hex keys ... Uhm... I could advise the PBSwiss ones but are something around 80 euros for a complete set (1.5-10mm set)

I really like Facom ball end hex-keys, especially now they've redesigned the plastic holder. The holder now grips the keys positively, whereas the keys slipped out of the old holder after a few usage cycles. These:

they're the ones I have in my own toolbox, I love the holder as well!

I'd buy these exclusively for the boys but they like these RS Pro ones better, cos you get more sizes.

Some radii on lips to fix the threepoint hitch from my tractor to a twee meter long 80x80 box profile.
I need to pull up some poles out of the ground, nice opportunity to use my new mill and rotary table.
By the way I noticed the T-slots in the Vertex rotary table are not sqare to the ones in the mill table, when on -0- degree, they seem 4 degrees or so of? Do I need change the position of the small brass plate?

And a shake downtest...Thriumph!

Wera do a nice imperial set in a yellow holder.

Well after a false start last night finally got setup with the tig tonight.

Tried a few beads onto 2mm plate, got a bit over confident and tried some butt joints.

That was with no filler, rods don't arrive until today.

If you get a tin of antique colour wax and apply a few coats it will come up a treat.
I do the first few coats with a 2" brush, working it well in, with a stippling action, then buffing with a cotton cloth.

Then a few more applied with a cloth and buffed up.

It is hard work, but worth it. Pallet wood, when sanded does come up well.
