Metric disks and a micrometer does the trick for me. I have enough tool holders and mt tooling strewn around to have the spanner’s under the swarf too.You got posh lathe with metric dials or CNC measuring then Brad ?

Ardy , there are also differenced in the tips of engineers electricians & cabinetmakers screw drivers wrt the angle they should be ground to as well as the width of the screw head slots . These days the tool manglers just have one set for everything and frequently tear the slot shoulders out .
Those pin pushers are expensive .. the last one I purchased about six years ago cost me in the region of £18 brand new ...had a hard plastic impact resisting handle too just in case a tapommeter was needed & a precision brass body .
Do any of them have a magnetic anvil tip to hold the pins in the barrel on the way to putting them in the material?
