Not my printer but my design 
I got the chap at work to print it out. It holds a PCB I designed and is a friction fit.
Really pleased to be honest! It is 68mm X 74mm I have no idea what filiment was used.

As with so many of my ideas alcohol played a part.....
Up the pub one of the lads is a really good harmonica player. For a laugh I got my lad to print a clip together harmonica downloaded from Yeggi etc. It made a noise but was a bit naff.
So.....how about trying to copy a proper harmonica exactly, in this case a Lee Oskar Tombo. Means nothing to me being tone deaf and cack handed, I can't play a thing except the fool.
The reeds I suppose you call them are v.thin brass some 0.4mm thick. My lad recreated this in PLA and printed at 0.2mm layer height.
Printed one with the gap around the reed at 0.25mm. Then another with the gap drawn at 0.15mm. Then we put these in the harmonica replacing the "blow" one. They created no sound whatsoever.
I then noticed the brass reeds were bent up slightly. We slipped a bit of card underneath, bending them up, then placed it back on the bed and heated to circa 65degC as in above the glass transition temperature. Then we let it cool and the reeds stayed slightly bent up.
Fitted them, finding the 0.15mm gap one better and we're producing proper notes on the blow side! Low down they're better, it struggles on the high notes. Overall it lacks the tonality of the brass.
Now printing the "suck" reed. Then he'll draw up and print the case.
Good fun whatever.

Hmmm...with two printed reeds, one for suck and one for blow no sound at all!
I know nothing about harmonicas (or any musical instruments, for that matter) but do they have to be around the right way, ie is the suck one blowing and vice versa?

I think you suck and blow when you play it.

I disagree. The one thig you really DON'T want to do is suck on a harmonica.
Not when you take it off a five year old with a head cold to show them how to play it.

I believe the terms may be blow and draw and that you play a harmonica by breathing in / out.

As I am getting into models etc, I have ordered a Creality Ender 3 in the Amazon sale. £150. I did have one before but I gave it to my Son-In-Law who promptly sold it

Well the new Ender 3 is assembled and made its first print. A test piece to check over hangs without support.... apparently
I struggled to get it off the bed but pleased enough with a first go!

My first print of my own design. It is going to be a case for the remote control on my Mecanum car. Lessons learned: a radius on the bottom of 3mm looks rubbish in reality. Learn how to alter the slicer settings as that took 5 hours to print!

Well, my first failure. I changed the bed for the glass one but didn't change the settings so the bits fell off. Apparently it is recommended to have the bed set to 80 degrees for a glass bed?
