Printed a 20mm x 50mm box last night.

Not photoworthy but I have finally realised that having let the spool birds-nest itself means it should just go in the bin rather than me sitting beside the printer for an hour, de-jamming the spool every time I hear it go "plink".

£12 of new black PLA+ ordered - should be delivered tomorrow and I can go back to trusting that the printer (AnkerMake M5) will just do its thing and beep me when it's done.

Knocked this up in Fusion and then 3D printed in PLA



Simple holder for my work lights so they don't take up valuable shelf space



Yes they don't look level, it's the perspective from the camera not being square to the side of the shelves

Biggest print yet on the Jupiter - 19hrs in, 6hrs to go...

Over 100 hours of printing later (including two failed 26hr prints), 3kg of resin and I have a complete kit of parts for the final stage which, fingers crossed, I'll be completing today....

Testing the resin printed Schrader fitting (32 TPI thread) under 12PSI - should be plenty of pressure, don't want to push the pot much more than that...

The large grey parts were printed on the Jupiter (50um XY resolution), the smaller black fittings were printed on the Saturn 2 (28.5um XY resolution). They're both by Elegoo and I wouldn't say they're expensive or high quality - OK the Jupiter has a full enclosure and good components but still a consumer printer.

I have the Creality Halot-Mage and hopefully it is as good. It is supposed to be 29um on a 10.3" LCD.
