Well, these are on the bed right now, pressurised swirl pots, being printed in PA12 with 15% carbon fibre..... bit of a tricky one, see how it goes....

are you using the same for support material or have dual extruders?

I can imagine support with carbon fiber in it might be tricky?

What pressure are you aiming to run it at?

Service pressure is only ~16psi so it's designed for about 65psi burst pressure @120c (on the o-ring flange flexing for a graceful failure - it should expand to a stop on the mounting bracket and weep that way to release pressure - the tank should take far more otherwise)

Few more little tweaks I want to make (there's been a few improvements over the old OE design) but they came out pretty well, sizing is perfect, hoses spigot is absolutely spot on size wise.

why didn't you put screw holes all the way around, does it need to fit in somewhere?

I'd have printed it upside down, would have saved a lot of support material (I think?)

It slides into a bracket at those spots that clamp the flange as well as the tank in place.
Upside down ends up with loads more support, both to support the curved top and all the way up the sides for the flanges.

is the inside filled with support, or is the internal curve okm to print?

I'm sometimes pretty surprised how much of an overhang I can print as long as it has a bit of curve to it

No it's all supported, whilst you could probably get away with it in terms of printing something that came out about the right shape, this has to be watertight so it's supported everywhere with solid interface material so that there's consistant extrusion pressure + hence bonding to the surrounding extrusions on the surfaces

Over the last few days, I have made a couple of turn tables for the spray booth. 150mm diameter.

I use a camera behind my lift to assist in reversing on square but can never get the 'phone to stay in view. This was knocked up in Fusion and allows it to be directly in line of sight on top of the dash. I may need to make some sticky feet for it, but it will be tested tomorrow.
