Well, these are on the bed right now, pressurised swirl pots, being printed in PA12 with 15% carbon fibre..... bit of a tricky one, see how it goes....
Service pressure is only ~16psi so it's designed for about 65psi burst pressure @120c (on the o-ring flange flexing for a graceful failure - it should expand to a stop on the mounting bracket and weep that way to release pressure - the tank should take far more otherwise)
why didn't you put screw holes all the way around, does it need to fit in somewhere?
I'd have printed it upside down, would have saved a lot of support material (I think?)
It slides into a bracket at those spots that clamp the flange as well as the tank in place.
Upside down ends up with loads more support, both to support the curved top and all the way up the sides for the flanges.
I designed this as the ones on Thingiverse didn't really have the spacing I wanted. 25mm diameter bottles.
