If you're able to breathe & use one finger then you can easily use the rest of your life to learn how to 3D design & 3D print 
What skin and infill density are you doing ? 22 hrs seems an overly long time for such a simple print ?
Infill density is 10%. Not sure where to find skin density in Cura. This is with an Ender 3 Max. I tried to speed things up within Cura but the print quality went way down. There is no preset profile for the Ender 3 Max in Cura, so I had to use the Ender 3 Pro profile and change the build area sizes to match what we have. Maybe there will be an update soon that is more suited to these printers.
Having done almost exactly this (sand to balast an item filled via small hole) I would say forget the damp sand.This is what I am printing atm.

Its a one off that I will literally use 4 times for what its desgned for.
A little background, I work as a ite manager at a school and last week I was handed 4 boxes and asked to assmble the contents, 4 mobile netball posts,
Not a problem methinks till I discover the bases are hollow and need to be weighted down with water or sand.
Water is easy but being in a school there are issues with waterborne bugs and the constant freeze/thaw cycle in the winter as they are stored outside.
On site there is a 1T bag of sand about half full that the previous guy ordered in for a sandpit, been getting in my way since I started cos there is nowhere else to store it and would have to barrow it everywhere.
Perfect I think until I find the filling bung is 28mm again plenty for a hose but not for damp sand that has been sat out for over a year.
I think it would take me days trying to get it in without a funnel but, I can't find one that suits.
The criteria I came up with was:
1. Nozzle as close to 28mm without binding and not too long to bottom out when not being held
2. Fairly steep funnel to help the sand move.
3 Large area I could tape a DA sander to to also help the sand move.
I will probly end up using it elsewhere afterwards but doubt I will ever end up using it for its intended purpose again.
Also the day and a half of printing will probably save me half a days work with whatever I could find lying around but I am lazy.

.Well unless its very damp free flowing slurry. Then you might as well have filled it with water.Yep I have already discovered this
Plan B, biggest holesaw I could find and print some caps to glue in the holes once filled.
Sometimes I over think things
Unfortunately there are too many possible health risks in a school with what would eventually become staganant water and the possibility of the bases bursting with the constant freeze thaw cycles as they will be stored outside or in unheated storage.
