Way to go Darren !
Some years ago at the end of a drunken evening in the club we discovered someone had left a rather expensive camera behind, the film counter was only half way through so we helpfully shot the rest in the bogs, close ups of genital origami best of which was an impression of Groucho marx complete with cigarette. We then put the camera back behind the bar. Never did find out what the owner thought when they picked it up & got the film developed!

Trying not to be a pedant but I'm not sure its a wok, as they are as thin as possible to cook fast on minimal fuel.
Still looks like a high quality item worth a lot of money. Nice find

Le creuset are enamelled and this one isn't, no manufacturer markings either on the bottom. I suspect it's a no name special. No name specials on the web are around the £70 mark, so still a result

Proper woks are hand hammered steel of some sort, also used quite widely in indian cooking, mostly for frying. I have a few of those too
Plus I couldn't have you showing off your cast iron without getting involved

OK there is such a thing as a cast iron wok, its going to take ages to heat up, youll need the engine off a Vulcan bomber as a hob, then 3 days to cool down, and you cant flick stuff about and set it on fire like they do on telly.

When I visited Sister No 1 when she lived in China, there were cast iron woks. You would see the street venders using them. They get hot, stay hot and are easy to clean.
The pressed steel ones are used more now as they can be stamped out.

Not much today. not much of shop.
20kg of rags, assorted. Ex MOD.
2 of them, the other one was full. so dropped it off at mums.
Near as dam it full, it was reported to be the wrong tint. He has about 8 left.
Just missing the big driver and a few odd bits. MAC tools. Rusty to hell, that's them coated with "duck oil"
There is one more, but I want to see if it is any good.
