Has anyone got an idea of how long a ground laid pump line for C25 concrete can be ? I will be looking to pump about 25 mtrs from the kerb edge or 20 mtrs off the 4 inch thick concreted drive way late on next year .I’ve just had 9m3 of C25 on volumetric mixer and 30 m pump line and it cost £1550 inc v
You should have photo'd it and put it on your cloud .You must be psychic. Its most likely in one of these, but I have to find the list.

Looks like a run of the mill Tilley lamp.
But it is either a hybrid or a 1960's MOD Army Tilley lamp.
Brass tank, but alloy pump.
Board arrow and a number.
They asked me if I wanted 30m or 60m ground line pump, 30m was my furthest point of excavation from the curb.Has anyone got an idea of how long a ground laid pump line for C25 concrete can be ? That's really cool, presumably it's using a Weston cell as a voltage reference?
I have no idea how or even if it works. its 113 years old though so if there is a cell in it its probably fubar. That's really cool, presumably it's using a Weston cell as a voltage reference?
Weston Standard Cells have a pretty infinite life.I have no idea how or even if it works. its 113 years old though so if there is a cell in it its probably fubar.
It is a tilley. I have a few of each.If it's MOD and brass tank it's not a Tilley it's a Vapalux. Better than a Tilley.
That is a MOD pattern one. There are hundreds here. Virtually every workshop, including mine, has at least oneI located a pigeon hole/shelving rack today it does need some dividers for the shelves, but I have a pattern so the plasma will get some use this week. Approx 7ft tall and 3ft wide so plenty of space.
Sorry no drawers.....
I also stumbled across a medium size paperweight for the workshop, although this will need to be introduced to the milling machine to sort the top out.
So another couple of projects to add to the "To Do List"....

When are you going to mill the top? Wouldn't mind watching that
It is a tilley. I have a few of each.
This one is being a pig, in all aspects./ But it will live again.
What I have found out it is a Tilley, the design and build confirms this. the Government stock number is from Civil defence and/or emergency oversea aid.
But it is a mix of all sorts of parts.
