The two in cases look like snooker cues, the shorter is probably a pool cue. Have you got a BIG, empty room in your house......?

Acquired today 2 cantilever tool boxes that had been left out for the tatters, one is pictured and the other is a Kennedy but a bit bashed. They both had a few old spanners, some english made sockets etc. and inbetween them is an incomplete set of German imperial spanners. I'll give it all to my nephew.

A 6ft one piece slat bed table.

Landlord at the local wanted rid of the pool table. However it was in an upstairs room and according to local folk Lore it had to go in by taking the window out and erecting scaffolding outside. As the staircase was too narrow and height of door from the room too low.

So after several pints one evening a challenge was set, that I could have the table for nothing if I could bring it downstairs with out it going through the window. Well after a little research and asking my mate to help. The pair of us dismantled the table into about 10 pieces all of which could be carried down the stair and not out of the window.

I now have the pool table in my man cave.

I'm thinking a purple colour, yes, not traditional but will go with the colour scheme I currently have. Or it may just have to stay green as I may possibly get my hands on some green felt

Now does anyone know a "man" that can recover the table for me?
