Indeed so but I prefer my Tirfors for that!Although slow, it also works great for winching with a hooked chain.
Also very slow

Excellent acquisition! I've got a similar high-jacker that has been useful on many occasions, including home renovation work. You might already be familiar with these jacks, but in any case, just be careful to use it correctly so that you don't end up with a permanently high-pitched voice or other bodily damage.

Also, check the parts carefully for any cracks or other defects before using it. I had to return one some years ago for that reason. I ended up buying a more expensive (but safer) jack.
I keep a Jackall in the back of my defender, I use it in place of the standard jack that does not have enough stroke with a lift and bigger tyres:Although I had a winch on my Jeep, I also carried a high lift jack bolted to the rear rack. The footpad can be seen on the opposite side of the visible jerrycan.View attachment 355457

Great for pulling up fence posts etc as well. You can even split logs with the axe head attachment. They are proper handy. I use mine a lot.
Tons of uses for them. Even tensioning stock netting.
Given that's what they were designed for initially I'm not surprised.Great for pulling up fence posts etc as well.
I did not know that. They work well on knocked in ones but anything with a concrete base is a pain in the ****. Doable but a pestGiven that's what they were designed for initially I'm not surprised.
Wish I'd thought of that years ago, brilliant............................................... You can even split logs with the axe head attachment.
Thé dalek gag.I once amused my spawn by sticking a suction cupped bath to my forehead and left it there for a while. The large circular bruise took several weeks to fade.
