Three free green oak sleepers. Ground workers didn't want. They will become a table for my flypress when I have time.
Tracked down a 4 jaw for my S&B, seller had a load of t bolts and clamps so I grabbed them too and came as one delivery. 2 more clamps found there way into the younguns farmhouse.
Proof is in the pudding. Fits the lathe. Well. Spindle.

This was not technically acquired today, rather re acquired out of long term storage.
This has been in long term storage for about 10years since we shut the press shop.

A mate who i helped while he was in the poop has got back on track and yesterday ordered me this DeWalt kit he called a kitchen fitters kit and then mentioned he need a kitchen fitting...Thats mates for you......

These were £849 for ages and recently went on a 5% off down to £799 after a bit of negotiating it went down another 10% as a first time purchase as my mate has never shopped with screwfix before, Not sure if all managers would do this but well worth asking, And yes i will be assisting the kitchen fitting with him lol but it's only about 8 cabinets so not a big job.

No mate, it will soon be working towards earning its keep again.
Keep thinking i should maybe start a workshop update thread got lots to do, benches and machines to move and clear stuff to make way for some much needed new toys as soon as i can.

I think its basically the same kit but mine did not have the 3 speed impact driver which was ok as i already have one, But i spotted the 18v angle grinder on ebay for £100 £40 cheaper than screwfix.
