She did want a new set to replace her ones with the broken cord and seems very pleased with them it was just a mine field with so many makes and features that I just chose a known make at a mid price point, what else could I do? I did get her some CDs and a Bluray box set as well so her haul was better than my Toblerone and Bruce Dickinson autobiography book.
I still am using one of them, it has cut everything thrown at it so far, 12mm allu plate, stainless sheet, kitchen worktops! Getting a bit rattly now like its' owner but still keeps going

This might be better, I am using google drive to store from my phone pictures at the moment as i can just share easier, I will try and work out what the issue is, Hope you can see nowI can not see the images

:-) believe me it wouldn't have been worth the drive ..
they only fetch 15 quid at the local auction and the odd one can be fixed .. for a while..

I see them at the implement sales at Gaerwen but its always hit and miss, typical auction. At one I saw a dustbin full of chair legs go through, the bidding took ten minutes and the sell was three quid. Firewood really but if you restore chairs then....
The same battery drills go through almost every month and always fetch the same price only to turn up the following month..
I reckon one Bosch drill has travelled further round the Island than an Ariva bus and made fewer holes.
