but on the other note its just a build as long as theres no adverts in it i cant see the harm in posting pics

though some/many on here its there job we can show our builds/premises in one way we can classify advertising but where not showing any names /adverts

Me being stupid and complacent leading to a trip to GP who informs me that they only do minor injuries. 6hrs later I leave A&E thumb stitched pride dented and a multitude of sarcastic messages thanks to my son and something he calls snap chat.

As you know Winchboy collects Britool, a few months ago we found a very nice Gordon tool chest from the 60's, so I bought it and now collect gordon, some sockets and Ratchet are missing so I kept an eye out and found this.
No I am not going to plunder it for the missing bits I will keep it and keep looking for the stuff I need.

Would you Believe £12.50!

That looks a really nice find Winchman. Gordon tools were top notch for quality in the mid '60s. No idea whether they still exist or what quality they are now.

Since you lot got so grumpy last time I posted about tree-felling I've decided to concede to requests!

The day before yesterday to be precise - an almond tree which was dying and blocking light. Revved up my little Husky and brought the whole thing down, logs are pretty decent and should be burned next year once I cut and split them. All the branches under 2" will be chipped - small labrador for scale. (He stayed inside whilst I did the saw work).

Yes it’s good isn’t it? We have a few times a year when a chainsaw is needed so I bought one. No complaints so far. Matches my parents ride on too
