Cable ways, these are for a multi head filling machine bed in a chemical works, to route cables etc through the bed of the machine to the filling heads,
Minimal welding required here to prevent distortion, just enough to seal it, actually the whole job was run together autogenously (no filler), just turn up the current, keep a very tight arc and move fast, backstep welded and clamped down on some aluminium box section to act as a heatsinkto help reduce distortion, , longer ones are 300mm in length, material is 3mm thick. Again minimal cleaning up as they will never be seen when fitted,

Does pickling paste have something to do with stainless not rusting easily ? If so what is pickling paste ?
Stainless steel gates with GRP open flooring panels used for the infill, they are for an outdoor gas storage area in a chemical factory, this is what the hinges a few posts up were for. there are three in total, quite a nice little job to make
