Been making some trollies for a chemical works, these are just over a metre square and 2 metres high, made from 50 x 50 x 3 stainless box section, with a bit of 100 x 50 in the bottom for good measure, so not light.
Pre made the side frames and the base then fabbed up on my bits of adjustable beam and use the corner jigs to keep things square and flat. its a no frills job so just minimal cleaning up to do.
No comfortable bench welding on this job, all clambering about
And this is what they end up like,
They will have 1" x 1" galv mesh fitted by the customer, with an open mesh flooring panel to the base,
Two down six to go.
