Strangely it did click ...but like before only when doing the base layers....is that normal?

No, you've probably got the bed slightly too close, or still need a bit more temperature to stop it under-extruding - it should never click in a print, not even once.

If it wobbles and isn't too slack then that's extruded out of the box average

I drew that playing with the freecad lofting tool which basically joins any shape to any other...…...ideal for bell mouths or ducts. The oblong to the circle is the "loft"

2nd one just finished and the only difference i can see is that your settings appear to be better on the base....not yet removed the packing..

Thats probably confirmed by the base not being as good as the first attempt.

Cura is a bit frustrating as it has 3 setting for temp...start during and finishing..lol

Second print at altered settings came out with the packed side hole slack the original with your settings had the final top hole slightly slack.

Yeah its got so many settings it makes it all a lot harder than cutting vinyl on a vinyl cutter..lol

If you are tight on the bed it can make it squash out wider. Some manufacturers recommend raft everything, I can kind of see why but when things can sit flat it's easiest / better finish

The bonus is i have still not levelled the bed..

I have been trying corner calibration prints but they dont seem to work for some reason..

Screen shot your basic and advanced tabs - assuming oyu set up the machine in cure OK AND than no one has messed with the menu on the printer ans altered stuff from standard (no idea of course)

One of the micro switch mounts on mine was not holding.

Printed a 180mm square 1mmx1mm section, used it to figure out the offsets and printed microswitch mounts and it is bob on. Yep I could have fixed it in software but now there is no offset to forget

You usually have either the same or higher temperature for your initial temperature - to promote adhesion to the build plate and because it'll cool much faster on contact with the bed than other layers.

Ok chaps i will try this next time i print.
Actually is there anyone who could knock up an stl for this part. Its a part i lost yesterday for my fishing rollers but i have not even started to learn fusion 360 so it wont get done for my match tomorrow unless someone can knock something up for me.

The only real critical dimension is the OD of the part as that goes through the roller and leg.

The plug just stops it all falling apart so size, as long as it stays in is optional.
