its not on the roof where by regs it has to be so leave as that colour due to reflection

I've been thinking of the electrics on this.

I think the best way is to have a garage consumer unit inside. This way I can put it on a commando plug, unfused. The planned power supply cable at the moment is only a fused 2.5mm spur from the ring main. So not great, but adequate for laptops and lights. But design for the worst, fuse for the load. A big, sod off, earth cable from the body to an earth rod in the canal bank can't hurt, either. Especially as the substation is on the same watercourse.

This is timely thinking, as the interior will start taking shape soon.

@Wildefalcon just thinking ahead, what if the manangment want to use an electric fan heater, maybe factor that into your calcs.
I presume your going LED inside ?

No doubt, that's why the spur will be fused in the house. 13 amp. But the wagon will be designed for a 4mm sq supply, so when I do get the supply upgraded, I'm covered.

Anyway, jotamastic done.

I'll clean up after lunch, then get on with something else.

just buy a 5 way fuse box or i think its a 5 way fuse box that you can get easily

wire the shed in a ringmain system for the plugs and also the light wires

extra fuse sockets 1 for alarm
another for outside lights leaving one spare either fit with an external plug

remember you can use the blue sockets just like the caravans to connect to a mains supply

office stuff wont overload the circuit and neither will low voltage lights or security light

Unless, of course, you do want to sand it in which take a week off as it will sand much nicer when it is fully hard.
If the Jotamastic "balls" on the sand paper it is not cured enough.

Penguard FC, semi gloss 2k paint.

Or HB, not sure which. Both are semi gloss/mat. One is epoxy, so will lose the shine, the other is zinc which seems excessive. I'll run the options past the committee.

The top coat, first coat is on. I'm not sure if I like it. The colour is good, I'm just concerned that it's too matt. I'll do a second coat tomorrow, and then ignore it forever.

I bought this paint from SML, got to say, very impressed. Superb packaging, and, get this, a decent weight chart, which agrees to the calculations I made.

Colour and finish look good from here, given the application I think too glossy would not look right on a wagon - as long as it's tough!
Wood and black door furniture / black light lanterns will look good against that as well externally.
