Have you got a staple gun? Cheapo from Screwfix is ideal for putting the membrane on.

And if I use the polystyrene on top of the roof should I membrane before or after the polystyrene.

whatever made you do it that way for

you should have done it from the door around to other door and up to the top

the top pieces over lap the side pieces so you have a full wrap around of your structure in breathable felt
