I suppose there’s a woodworking machine for this but I haven’t come across one yet.
Adapt what you have to hand

...but none with sharp eyes to see the two welds from previous f...k ups
I noticed them. I assume you'll be carrying on the welding tradition?
Are these blades expensive?
A slot mortiser is probably the machine for it, I suspect you get horizontal borers for wood too but I've never seen one. A "pantorouter" would do it too if you want a project.I suppose there’s a woodworking machine for this but I haven’t come across one yet. Tenoner?
I'd swear too if I cut my lower leg off.......

Looks good for plastering a ceiling (assuming this isn't your trade of course)
Cheers,
MM
No good. Not much choice, really didnt want to lower the ceiling as it would be noticeable into the extension. Catch 22
Flat and egg shell is good enough for a ceiling it wasn't supposed to become a trade i do, some how fell into it 4 years ago have done more than id thought i would
No good.
Been putting it off too long.
Booking a intensive plastering course.
Can screed a floor and render a wall. A weekend should do me for pointers and timing advice
Fed up waiting on plasterers.
Good morning gents.
Yes it's all worth having a go. Some people have a go and seem to get better than the desired result, some don't. In my neck of the woods I have 'had a go' at many things, even things outside my norm, and have been quite successful. I am very fortunate in the scope of things I get to do and also know my limits. The more you do and are prepared to have a go at, the greater the experience and it makes the next job a little easier. Good on those that are prepared to have a go, even those that aren't so successful they still learn from their experience and live to fight another day
Firing pin?In between everything else, today I knocked this up. Bit of turning, bit of milling. Very carefully, T5 titanium.
