No interest in smoking anything again but there was something satisfying about rolling.
Cut a few angles, 7 and 4 degrees, not quite finished. Needs 7.5mm holes for the rope.

Did a route in the lakes, and there was a couple setting up to follow after, by the time we walked off the guy had got 3/4 of the way up, bailed and his gear had unzipped top to bottom. Air ambulance jobi have seen a few pop out in my time lol
Pulley for the "new" motor on the rapidor, aluminium, 77mm o/d, machined the groove with the compound and my parting tool and my battery gun . 3/16 Keyway cut on the lathe too.

Extension for a cheapo Forstner bit, I've a load of tubular latches to do and it was just a little too short to drill full depth.

Not machining but included none the less, cutting iron clamp from my Woden no4 smoothing plane, broken by some hamfisted moron (me), this was my grandfather's plane so I wanted to repair it. Has come out ok...looks like it may have a hairline stress crack already but I'll see how it lasts.

What filler metal did you use?
Worked better when I used a bit of release oil for cutting oil and it would actually cut and not just smear the aluminium.
